We make fragrance, and the body care to wear it with, by hand in Los Angeles.
It started in the shower.
David had thirty years of showers behind him and no idea what was in the bottle. When Laura moved in, she looked at the shelf and made one condition: the harsh stuff goes.
So we went looking for a replacement. Everything clean smelled like nothing, everything that smelled good cost a fortune, and all of it came in the same beige bottle. Nothing felt like us. So we made our own: a body wash that was gentle, smelled like something, and didn’t need rationing. That was 2024. The fragrance came next, because the scent was the part people kept asking about.

Every scent is set in a place and a year — a cannoli shop on Arthur Avenue, a ski lodge, a dry desert afternoon. We name them the way we’d name them to a friend. If a bottle makes you grin before you’ve smelled it, we did our job. Collect the ones that feel like yours.

We fill, cap and label everything ourselves in a 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Los Angeles, in small batches, with four full-time people. Orders ship within a day. If something’s wrong with yours, the person who answers is one of us.

Look closer at the rings in our logo. That’s not a fingerprint — it’s a natural decorative sponge, the kind David’s grandmother, Blanche, kept in all of her bathrooms. It’s where the whole idea came from.
